Tom came to mend the broken lock on our front door. He was brilliantly communicative and managed to come earlier than expected, which he called to tell us. While he was here, he was extremely professional and obviously very knowledgeable. He changed our old lock with a new, compatible one and also changed the barrel, providing us with plenty of keys, some of which he cut for us free of charge. All in all, he provided an excellent service, which I would highly recommend without reservation. Thank you, Tom!
